Did You Already Complete This Course?

If the course did not mark complete in the learning system, follow these steps:

  1. Launch the course
  2. Click on the Review button
  3. Click the Back button, then click forward.
  4. Click Exit from the course, but wait until you get the “Session Closed” message.

Having Trouble? Try These First:

  • Try using another browser – Chrome and Firefox are preferred. Do not use Safari.
  • Make sure Adobe Flash is enabled for your browser. See Technical Help.
  • Ensure that your browser allows pop-ups and Java Script for this site.
  • If you lose your training window, hold the ALT and TAB keys on your keyboard to toggle between open windows on your computer.
  • Turn up your volume. Most courses have sound.
  • Some courses may be available on mobile devices.
